We take payments using Stripe a safe way to pay online. You don't have to have an account with Stripe, as it can take direct card payments.

Our Stripe Account is in the name of LoveHebrides.com. This is the name of our company. It appears as 'LoveHebrides.com' on your card statement.

Refunds and Cancellations :

CORVID - 19  Due to the pandemic we understand people are concerned about booking future trips: We will refund all trips that are unable to go ahead due to Covid.

Refunds : Full refund if you cancel up to three weeks in advance. 50% refund if you cancel up to 7 days in advance. 25% refund if you cancel up to 5 days in advance. No refund if you cancel 3 days or less prior to the date of departure. If you miss your tour on the day for any reason, no refund will be issued. If a trip is cancelled by us for any reason, full refunds will be issued. We can not be responsible for any events outwith our control ie.Severe weather, Late ferries, Late flights, road closures due to accidents or any other unforseen event.

Occassionally we have to cancel tours for the following reasons: Less than 2 people for a tour - This can be a problem if you are a single traveller during the winter months. In this eventuality we will try to give you three days warning and a full refund.
